Private Hormone Care for Women

Your body changes throughout adulthood, and sometimes the shift is obvious before the reason is. Changes in sleep, energy, mood, cycles, body composition, or sexual health deserve more than a rushed answer. We take the time to understand what is changing and what may actually help.

Start With How You Feel

Hormonal changes can begin before periods become irregular and may continue through menopause and beyond. The experience is different for every woman. Some notice subtle changes, while others feel that sleep, focus, mood, physical comfort, or sexual well-being has changed significantly.

Umber Health gives you space to explain what you are experiencing and how it affects your life. We also look for other contributors that can cause similar symptoms.

Concerns We Can Evaluate

Treatment Depends on the Full Picture

Your provider may discuss

When hormone therapy is considered, the conversation includes the reason for treatment, formulation, route, potential benefits, possible risks, alternatives, and follow-up.

Monitoring After Treatment begins

Your plan is reviewed as symptoms, health history, preferences, and evidence change. Follow-up covers response, side effects, dose, route, new contraindications, and whether treatment should continue.

Frequently asked questions

Does every patient receive hormone therapy?

No. Treatment depends on your symptoms, history, laboratory findings, goals, potential risks, and whether another option is more appropriate.

Can hormone care be provided by telehealth?

Many parts of the evaluation and follow-up can be completed virtually. Laboratory testing is coordinated locally. Some findings require in-person care.

Will one lab result determine my treatment?

No. Laboratory results are interpreted with symptoms, history, medications, timing, and the limits of each test.
