Prescriptions and Delivery
A prescription is not guaranteed. When medication is appropriate, your provider explains the product, instructions, monitoring, pharmacy process, and follow-up. Availability and shipping depend on the medication and pharmacy.
When Telehealth Is Not Enough
Telehealth is not emergency care. Call 911 or seek local emergency care for urgent symptoms. Some concerns require a physical examination, imaging, or another local clinician. Umber Health will recommend that care when indicated.
