Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 3rd, 2026.
Last Updated: September 3rd, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Umber Health website and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Umber Health’s services.

2. Website Information and Telehealth Services

The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not establish a provider-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Telehealth consultations, evaluations, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions are provided by appropriately licensed healthcare providers based on their independent clinical judgment, applicable laws, and a separate provider-patient relationship. Services are not guaranteed, and a provider may determine that a particular treatment, medication, hormone, peptide, or other therapy is not clinically appropriate.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. Patient Information and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, creating an account, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. Please notify Umber Health promptly if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.

4. Purchases, Memberships, and Payment

Prices, service descriptions, availability, and other details may change at any time.

By purchasing services or enrolling in a membership, you authorize Umber Health and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, products, memberships, consultations, laboratory services, and other services you authorize.

Memberships and recurring services automatically renew according to the terms presented at checkout unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel according to the instructions provided at checkout or by contacting Umber Health.

Cancellation of a membership or service does not automatically cancel a scheduled appointment, prescription, treatment plan, or provider-patient relationship. Additional cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms may apply as stated at checkout or in applicable patient agreements.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

By opting in to receive text messages from Umber Health, you agree to receive recurring transactional messages related to appointments, account activity, services, and patient communications at the mobile number you provide.

If you separately consent to marketing messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Umber Health. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at admin@umberhealth.com or 305-927-8391. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Our use of your phone number and text messaging consent is described in our Privacy Policy.

Commercial text messaging generally requires appropriate prior consent, and recipients may revoke consent by replying STOP or through another reasonable method. Your SMS consent language and opt-in process should be reviewed by your healthcare or telecommunications attorney. FCC guidance
